Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
Short version: no account, no name, no email. Your saved prompts stay on your phone. We count anonymous usage to rank prompts, and photos you send to “Try this prompt” are used only to create your result and are not kept.
This policy explains how Fun Fun Prompt (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Fun Fun Prompt mobile app (iOS and Android) and the website at this address (together, the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
- No account. The Service has no sign-up. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or contacts.
- Anonymous device identifier. The app creates a random identifier when it is installed. It is not linked to your identity and is sent with usage events and “Try this prompt” requests so we can prevent abuse (rate limits).
- Usage events. When a prompt is viewed, copied, saved, unsaved, shared or opened from a shared link, we record the event type, the prompt, the time and the anonymous identifier. We use this only to rank prompts (“Popular”, “Hot right now”, play counters) and to improve the library. The website records copy and share-open events without any identifier.
- Analytics. The iOS app uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand which features are used (for example, which buttons are tapped) and app stability. Firebase may collect device information such as model, OS version, app version, language, approximate region and an app-instance identifier. On iOS we ask for permission through App Tracking Transparency; if you decline, no advertising identifier (IDFA) is used.
- Photos and text you submit to “Try this prompt”. If you choose to try a prompt, the prompt text and any photo you pick are sent to our server and forwarded to our AI provider to generate the result, which is returned to your app. We do not keep your photos or your results. The app only accesses the photos you pick.
- Purchases. Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your payment details; we only receive the purchase status needed to unlock features.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our servers and our network provider (Cloudflare) process technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time for security and to keep the Service running. Logs are kept for a short period.
- Website preferences. The website stores your chosen language in a cookie (
pl_lang) and uses your browser’s session storage to avoid opening the app twice. No advertising cookies are used.
2. Data stored only on your device
Your saved prompts, language, theme and app settings are stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded to us. Deleting the app deletes them.
3. How we use information
- Provide the Service: show prompts in your language, generate “Try this prompt” results.
- Rank and improve prompts using aggregated usage.
- Prevent abuse, fix bugs and keep the Service secure.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
4. Service providers
- Google Firebase (analytics, remote configuration).
- Cloudflare (network delivery and security).
- Our AI image and text generation provider (only for “Try this prompt” requests).
- Apple and Google (app distribution, purchases, store reviews).
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms and may process it outside your country.
5. Retention
Usage events are kept while they are useful for ranking prompts and are not linked to your identity. Photos you send to “Try this prompt” and the results created from them are not retained.
6. Your choices and rights
- You can use the Service without providing any personal information.
- On iOS you can change tracking permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data and the anonymous identifier.
- Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct or delete data about you. Because we do not know who you are, please contact us and include any details that help us find the data (for example, the approximate time of a request).
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). We limit access to our servers and keep only the data described here. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version; significant changes will be noted in the app or on this page.
